Croker Arrow to C2 Skinny

I love my Croker Arrows but the sleeves are wearing down and it is difficult to get them re-sleeved without the expense of shipping them back ($200 for shipping alone). How different do the C2 skinny's feel with a regular smoothie blade vs. the Croker Arrow? I rowed with the fat blades before moving over to Croker and really didn't like them.

As an aside, what oarlocks are you using & how many miles have the Arrow sleeves lasted?

I got my arrows taken care of by Greg last year at a regatta. Was easy and accessible and he also repitched one of them.

Just wait til you see him as you would see CII at a regatta. I bet he will be at Diamond States

They lasted 3 years of heavy use with Croker oarlocks on salt water. I’ll coordinate with Greg.

Wolf - I may be able to get them down to a race that a Greg will be at to avoid the shipping.
