cleaning C2 orange handles
How does one clean black mold from the C2 scull handles?
Re: cleaning C2 orange handles
It's probably the same on every type of grip: I'd chose an abresive pad and some soap.
Then, in future, I'd recommend to clean the grips after (or before) each row. IMO improves grip feel a lot to have clean grips each time.

Our grips have this issue and I inquired from Concopt-2 about how to deal with it. Their reply was to use a bit of chlorine and scrub with an abrasive sponge, as Minetti suggested. We have a bucket of water and a bit of chlorine (1 part in 10) to dip the grips in after each row but that was to sanitize them. The black ‘gunk’ still needs to scrubbed off when it appears.
We use a kitchen scrub sponge with a little bit of liquid or spray chlorine. The chlorine helps loosen the black ‘gunk.’ The Concept-2 reply did say this was a problem seen more in Florida than other places. I am guessing the humidity may be helping it appear.

Be sure not to use too much chlorine and get it all off. It's hard on the hands.
