8+ vs. 4+ Technique

Just had to fill a 4+. Any differences between coaching the 8+ stroke and 4+ stroke?

yell at approximately half the normal number of people.

No difference in the two, things just happen quicker

The 8+ stroke is both twice as humble, and twice as much of an asshole
