Andover > Hingham > NHM
Kent > BC
Exeter > St Paul’s
Tabor > Hanover
St John’s > Salisbury
USRowing Northeast Junior District Championships G: CRI, S: Saugatuck, B: Essex

Looks like an easy weekend to call and I agree with JCrew and here is why:
1) Andover better beat Hingham
2) Although probably faster than Kent, BC is racing them AT Kent. So - Kent wins, dead water lanes, steering and such.
3) Pffff...
4) pffff2....
5) Meh

One correction on NE Regionals:
RowAmerica Rye will try to surprise CRI, Essex still third. Not a great year for Saugatuck 1V. They are pushing lwt8+ this year.

pretty sizable margin not sure if home field advantage makes up for that gap. Should make seedings interesting

Well as you peasants can see predicting heats means absolutely nothing. I will be at the Grand Final. I am omnipresent and omnipotent. Bets are due one hour prior to races. Oar Bender out.

As I forecasted last Spring, BC High has come to be Team champions at NEIRA. In 2014 they will medal in all three eights and retain their Team title for years. Next insight...."Fastest eight in New England?" Let's see....Exeter wins the eight title at NEIRA. BelHill dominates Exeter in an early season scrimmage and then runs roughshod through the Fours competition at NEIRA on the way to an undefeated season...heats and finals, all events. Let's connect the dots. Second year in a row Belhill can lay claim to "Fastest eight in New England". Belmont Hill...The eights program posing as a fours school.

Someone called last year a 'down year for eights in NEIRA'. Can there be two down years in a row? Wake up !
