I have a very sore sit bone on my right hip only. I have the Fluid seat with the dimples, not the sitbone holes. Would it help to switch to a seat with the holes?
Also, what treatment would be recommended?

This is the only seat pad I’ve found that keeps my legs from going numb (while not affecting boat feel)
It was highly successful during the training prior to & the racing of the Ringvaart Regatta a few years ago.
In terms of after relief, stretching seems to help me a lot - specifically piriformis stretches.

Re: Sore right sit bone
So I got the Citrus-Remix seat pad. I was told that it would take a few rows to get used to it, but I felt relief right away! Thanks for the advise.

Good to hear it worked/helped!
