I want to start recording my race pieces - any one have a suggestion on what kind of recorder I should get?

sony makes a great little recorder that you connect directly to your computer via your usb port. No tapes necessary. You can put them into itunes if you want. It's rather pricey but worth it- I love mine (when I actually remember to use it)
