Winter is Coming....

.... so I am looking for input on online training programs for the winter. I am a moderately successful masters sweep rower and sculler (I persevere in spite of my light weight and vertical impairment), but my coaches do not provide winter training workouts. I have in the past trolled the internet for inspiration but would appreciate the consistency of an ongoing program. Has anyone tried the http://www.digitalrowing.com program? Or Rowfficient? Any other recommendations?

I can vouch for the efficacy of this program. It's the real deal! I went from an OTW 4:01 1K to a 3:49 using this program. Be ready to work hard though.
