acute or chronic?

i had a acute issue after moving a cast iron Morso wood stove (300 lbs or so)
hot bath, massage, and mostly time cleared it up within a week - it was initially intense enough to make it difficult to rotate my trunk/woke me up in the night.
i debated NSAIDs, but in the end didn't use any.

Oh yeah. Lots of different varieties. Masters rowing = decades of injury rehab experience :) The good news is that area tends to recover quickly. DM me if you want to brainstorm.

I just heard of one with pain upper back. It was a rib out of place at the socket. I understand it was a rather easy fix. The point of my reply is that sometimes it takes a doctor to figure out what is wrong.
