UW over Cal over Oregon over Stanford

Women
ACC

Big 12 Rowing Championship
MAAC Rowing Championship

UW owns Cal all day. Will be Interesting to see if Cuse and PRI can challenge for silver at the IRA. Stanford had a good row and could challenge for a GF berth in two weeks. Would be a shame if they are not reinstated.

PAC12 broadcast was good. Everyone else should take notes. One interesting tidbit was 7 seat in UW women's 1V was out to help the German W8 @ FOQR.

Oregon is a club team; Oregon State has a varsity team whose 1V finished 15.8 seconds behind Stanford.

National team duty is exempt from outside competition restrictions. I'm just surprised Germany would rotate someone in a few weeks before such an important regatta. Maybe she was training with the national team during lockdown?

Not only help, she was stroking the German W8+

Looks like she also took 2019-20 off from UW in order to train full time for Tokyo.

Looks like she was also at the euros. Still an interesting choice.

Yep. An odd back and forth had Germany qualified.

Just saying, on behalf of the Oregon State rowers, please don't confuse the club team Ducks with the varsity team Beavers ;)

Perhaps she would have stayed with GER had that happened
