That is a good hire for Colgate. Will be interesting to see what Hamilton does now with 2 weeks to the start of their year. Meg Conan has been there for a while now, and has a good DIII resume as an assistant, so maybe the elevate her to head coach or interim for the women and the men? I'd image they will make that decision quickly.

I don't know what sort of scholarship "liquidity " colgate really has to work with.

Colgate does not offer any athletic scholarships for women’s rowing.

Kim Cupini has her staff in place as well. Tennessee had 2 assistant coaches last season. This year they have 5 assistants : Karly Braun, Colleen Gillis, MJ Keys, David Hall,& Violette Legrand.
