From the commissioners office
“As part of our contractual arrangement OVERNGHT.COM has exclusive distribution rights to our five regattas and ancillary broadcasts for two years.”
What made overnght attractive for broadcast?

Does the contract cover all broadcasts or just video?

So it looks like the entire broadcast, including the pre-session banter, is included in the podcast? You could easily post-process the audio without issue. I'd love it if podcasts could cut out the awkward silences or non-content stuff. Wolf, let me know if you need a hand lol.

Also, I don't know if the video adds too much lol. Folks gotta try not to look like they're reading off a faraway second screen ;) But everyone looks ready for their close-up!

Podcasting isn't included in the contract, but we'll continue to work on it. As well as fine tuning the show

Ah okay, the format of IRA Rowing Insiders feels very much like a podcast (now, with video).

Penn >> COL - Penn showing some good strides IMO. Still a ways to go, but way above COL
HAR > PRI - HAR takes 1V and PRI takes the rest
SYR > NAVY >> COR
BU > HC
DAR > BRO - If DAR doesn't get them now, they'll have them by Sprints
UW > CAL - this could go back and forth, but I think UW has this one particularly circled and wants to send a message. Last time they were in Redwood, CAL absolutely embarrassed them

Princeton
5:51.7
Harvard
5:53.3

Harvard has a great start , the Princeton rhythm and base speed is impressive

The announcers of this race are whack with what I felt what a good amount of hiccups

That was some of the best college rowing production I've seen. Very impressive by Syracuse.

Very nice production.

All too often the commentary is akin to a conversation between two people who are watching paint drying. I’m hearing that this weekend still. Missing the start, not calling a finish, and no energy. Glad to see the standard starting to be raised a bit and in the right direction. It’s not a golf match, it’s a race.
